SMath Studio

Tiny, but powerful mathematical program with WYSIWYG editor and complete units of measurements support.

It provides numerous computing features and rich user interface translated into about 40 different languages. Application also contains integrated mathematical reference book.

Calculation of Gravitation Acceleration example

Application can be easily extended based on your needs. Built-in Extensions Manager tool allows to get access to hundreds official and third-party resources of the following types: usage examples, plug-ins, SMath Viewer based applications, snippets, interface translations, interactive books, handbooks and tutorials.

Changes introduced in current build 0.98.6356

Improvements

SS-2443: Function vectorize(...) now acts even on 1-element matrices;
Application enabled to use .Net Framework 4.0 or higher if no .Net Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5 installed on client Windows PC;
Multiple improvements done into Core to support personal user settings.

Corrections

SS-2436: Boolean equality calculations: fixed strings vs different types;
Incorrect program window location on start fixed;
Critical issue fixed appeared in some cases when changing math equation display options using context menu;
Settings Saving/Loading stability improved;
Loading of language files corrected when not all of them are available.

Miscellaneous

DEV: SessionProfile allows to store settings from plug-ins now;
Interface translations updated;
Refactoring.

Updated version released.

The only visible change to the build released yesterday is:
- Usage of Descriptions for MathRegion (and other regions which contains MathRegion) are fixed - previously any input was duplicated between region equation and description.

Good day, Andrey.

In my megabyte heavy smath worksheets I was faced with very long recalculation times for the new build. I have "time stamped" the worksheet an realised that major chunk of reclaulation time is spent before any calcs are done in the worksheet.

This behavior is repeatable over many worksheets.

I will gladly share the worksheet privately via email.
